Customers' Required One Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating with Spray Rate 98% no waste

This kind waterproof coating is developed and produced by latest technology introduced by Fuhua from broad.

It is Single component water solidified hydrophobic polyurethane waterproofing paint, composed of main ingredients like isocyanates, polyethers, with some additives. It is flexible waterproof coating by chemical reaction.

During construction, get the paint mixed uniformly, then brush it on the base directly. If necessary, added no more than 10% clean water(in terms of weight) into the coatings and blend them well by motor stirrer before coating the base.

Standard: GB/T19250-2003

1.Keep the waterproofing base firm, smooth, clean, no dust, oil and visual water.

2.Brush directly after stirring SPU evenly.

3.Brush in large area: Brush SPU on the substrate with rubber scrapper, and guarantee suitable strength, uniformity and no stack.

4.Recommended thickness is not beyond 0.7mm at per paint film, and two or three times paint film is better.

5.Do the second time’s brush after the first film is dry, namely non-stick with hand. Remember the brushing direction is orthogonal with the last film, until reaches the design thickness.

6.If necessary, add some water whose weight is about 5-10% of the paint, and stir evenly not less than 3min by electric mixer
